F.A.Q
Be part of the new generation of traders.
With Best Funded, your dreams are within reach. Together, let’s redefine what it means to be a successful trader.
We offer two evaluation formats at the same price point, designed to fit your specific trading style:
Fast Track (1-Step / One Phase)
Structure: 1 single phase.
Profit Target: +10%.
Time Limit: None (trade at your own pace).
Outcome: Once the target is met and rules are validated, you move directly to “Funded” status.
Regular (2-Steps / Two Phase)
Structure: 2 phases.
Phase 1 Target: +10% profit.
Phase 2 Target: +5% profit.
Time Limit: None (trade at your own pace).
Outcome: Once Phase 2 is validated, you move to “Funded” status.
Note: Risk rules (drawdown, restrictions, etc.) are aligned across both programs to ensure a stable and transparent trading environment.
NO. There are no time limits on the Fast Track (1-Step) or the Regular (2-Steps) evaluations. You can take as much time as you need to reach your profit targets without any calendar pressure.
To maintain account safety, you must adhere to the following drawdown limits:
Maximum Overall Drawdown: 10%
Lowest Allowed Equity: Your account equity cannot drop below 10% of your initial starting balance.
Maximum Daily Drawdown: 5%
Calculation Base: Daily Starting Balance.
Daily Reset Time: All daily calculations and resets occur at 23:00 UTC.
On Funded Accounts:
Yes: A Stop Loss is mandatory for every position.
Rule: Stop Loss must be placed within 1 minute of opening the trade.
Violation Type: Hard Breach (failure to comply results in account loss).
On Evaluation Phases: While the strict “1-minute” rule is enforced on Funded accounts, we strongly recommend practicing proper risk management and using Stop Losses during the evaluation phases as well.
Yes. To promote sustainable trading habits rather than “gambling” on a single event, we apply a consistency rule:
Funded Consistency: 40% Daily Profit Cap.
The Rule: A single trading day’s profit cannot represent more than 40% of your total “eligible” profit for withdrawal.
Yes. By default, weekend restrictions are set to FALSE. You are permitted to hold positions over the weekend. (Note: Should specific account types ever require restrictions, the standard window is Friday 23:00 UTC to Sunday 23:00 UTC).
Yes. To prevent high-frequency arbitrage or aggressive micro-scalping:
Minimum Trade Duration: 30 seconds.
Breach Types:
1-Step Funded: Hard Breach.
2-Step (Phases 1 & 2): Soft Breach (Tolerance: 2 warnings).
2-Step Funded: Soft Breach (Tolerance: 1 warning).
Yes.
Stacking Limit: Maximum of 3 positions.
Violation Type: Hard Breach (on Funded accounts).
Definition: You cannot open more than 3 identical positions on the same symbol in the same direction at the same time.
This rule prevents traders from holding excessive open losses:
Floating Loss Limit: 5% of initial balance.
1-Step Funded: Hard Breach.
2-Step (Phases & Funded): Soft Breach (2 warnings for phases, 1 warning for funded).
Inactivity Period: 30 days.
If no trades are executed for 30 consecutive days, the account will be considered inactive and closed.
Level-up Requirement: 1 Trading Day.
You must trade for at least one day to validate a phase, even if you reach the profit target in a single session.
Expert Advisors (EA): Not Allowed.
By default, the use of EAs, automated bots, or external copy trading services is prohibited.
Minimum Requirements (Funded Accounts):
Minimum Profit: $100.
Minimum Withdrawal: $100.
Eligible Trades: Minimum of 5 closed trades.
Lot Consistency: Active (Positions must remain within a consistent size range).
Profit Consistency: 40% Daily Profit Cap applies.
Profit Split:
Standard Split: 80% to the trader.
You receive 80% of the profits generated, provided all eligibility criteria are met.
Our challenge fees are non-refundable. The fee grants you access to our evaluation platform, trading infrastructure, and dedicated support services.
The reward for successfully completing the challenge is the opportunity to receive a funded account and a significant profit split, not a refund of the initial fee.
